Navy is neutral with a kick…a great way to accentuate any eye color if you want to try something other than black or brown.

1. Try a palette like the Denim Blues True Color Eyeshadow Quad. Lightly sweep the second darkest color across top lid, stopping just above the crease and lightly follow lash line underneath eyes for a soft-focus frame.

2. Then take the darkest color and go very close to the upper lashes to create a thin definition line.

3. Lightly apply second lightest shade as a center highlight.

4. With the lightest shade, create a delicate sideways v-shape “<“ in the inner corner of the eye next to the bridge of your nose to open up your eyes.

5. Last, if you want an extra pop of color, line the inner lower rim of your eyes with Glimmersticks Eye Liner in Starry Night Blue.
